Hobie T1（20条，每条限报2人）

06参赛资格 Qualification

6.1 参赛者无国籍限制，须以家庭为单位参赛，每个家庭由2-4名家庭成员组成，年龄6-65岁。每位16岁以下选手需要由至少1名18岁以上成人参赛者陪同参赛。

6.2 参赛者须身体健康。无心血管、高血压、冠心病等突发性疾病，并承诺签署免责声明，并承担由于个人身体原因所引起的伤害和损失。

6.3 参赛者须具备参赛能力，所有零基础选手须完成不少于分站组委会组织的赛前4次培训，每次不少于2小时。有帆船驾驶经验的选手须向分站组委会提交具备参赛能力的资质证明，对于认定不适宜参赛的报名者将予以拒绝。

6.1 Applicants have no nationality restrictions and must participate in as a unit of family. Each family consists of 2-4 members aged 6 to 65. Each sailor under 16 must be accompanied by at least one adult sailor over 18.

6.2 Applicants must be in good health. No cardiovascular, hypertension, coronary heart disease and other sudden diseases. Need to sign a disclaimer, and bear the damage and loss caused by personal physical reasons.

6.3 All applicants must have the ability to participate in the race. All zero-foundation sailors must complete no less than 4 pre-race training sessions organized by the organizing committee of the sub-station, and each time shall be no less than 2 hours. Sailors with sailing experience must submit their certifications of ability to participate in to the organizer. Applicants who deemed unfit to participate will be rejected.

每位参赛选手都必须填写真实姓名、手机号、身份证号，各参赛家庭通过以下链接进行报名、缴费，并将有关信息发至报名联系人，便于组委会统一购买保险。

8.3 报名人数和截止日期

参赛家庭须于9月10日前完成线上报名并缴费。报名名额为40组家庭。 

8.1 Application Method

Each sailor must fill in the real name, mobile phone number and ID number. Each participating family can apply and pay through the following link. 

Relevant information is supposed to send to the contact person, so as to facilitate the unified purchase of insurance by the Organizing Committee.

8.3 The number of applicants and the deadline

Participating families must complete online registration and pay the fee before September 10th. The registration quota is for 40 families.

09参赛费用 Application Fee

9.1 正式参赛报名费：2000元/赛船/家庭（每条赛船报名参赛人数4人以下），费用包含：

• 赛前四次培训费

• 比赛期间船只使用费

• 比赛期间午餐费用及水手之夜晚餐费用 

• 参赛服装、背心、帽子

• 比赛及训练期间50万元人身意外伤害保险，1万元住院医疗保险

9.2 押金：2000元/艘船，用于正式比赛用船押金，比赛结束后，船艇经验收无损伤，全额退还。

9.1 Original application fee：¥2000/ship/family

• The fee includes:

• 4 pre-race training sessions

• Boat usage fee during the race

• Lunch fee during the competition and Sailor's   Night dinner fee

• Competition clothing, vests, hats

• RMB 500,000 personal accident insurance and RMB   10,000 hospital medical insurance during competition  and training

9.2 Deposit：¥2000/race boat

After the race, full refund if the boat affirmed no damage after inspection and acceptance.

10培训 Training

10.1 参赛家庭须经过至少四次赛前培训，经考核通过后方可参赛。

10.2 培训用船及器材由组委会统一提供，选手可根据不同天气情况自行准备：防晒速干长袖、防晒速干长裤、防晒帽、干式防风衣、2mm/3mm/4mm保暖湿服、全指手套、涉水鞋等。

10.3 赛事指定培训地点：南湖水上运动中心

10.1 Participating families must complete at least four pre-race training sessions, and can only participate after passing the assessment.

10.2 The training boat and equipment will be provided by the Organizing Committee. According to different weather conditions, sailors can prepare: Sun-proof and quick-dry long-sleeved clothes and long pants, sun-screen hat, dry windbreaker, 2mm/3mm/4mm warm wet clothes, full finger gloves, wading shoes, etc.

11竞赛要求 Requirements

11.1 竞赛规则

11.1.1 赛事受国际帆船竞赛规则2021-2024（RRS）和《国际HOBIE级别帆船协会》所定义的规则约束。

11.1.2 竞赛规则44条由一圈解脱代替两圈解脱。

11.1.3 根据竞赛规则70.5条规定，仲裁的裁决将作为最终结果。

11.1.4 每个竞赛日第一次预告信息将在10:00发出，最后一天比赛日14:00过后将没有预告信号。

11.2 赛船检验

赛事期间，赛船可能随时被检查，所有参赛船只都应符合对应帆船级别赛的比赛规则。 

11.3 航行细则

航行细则于开赛前24时公布。

11.4 计分系统

11.4.1 完成一轮比赛即比赛成绩生效。

11.4.2 若比赛完成5轮及以下时，各轮比赛之和计总成绩。

11.4.3 若比赛完成6轮或6轮以上时，去掉1轮最差成绩计入总成绩。

11.5 着装

11.5.1 所有人员下水前必须穿戴有认证标识的助浮衣(至少符合50N级ISO12402-5)。

11.5.2 参赛选手比赛中需统一穿着赛事背心，否则可能被竞赛委员会取消竞赛资格。

11.5.3 建议选手根据不同天气情况自行准备：防晒速干长袖、防晒速干长裤、防晒帽、干式防风衣、2mm/3mm/4mm保暖湿服、全指手套等。

11.1 Competition Rules

11.1.1 The event is governed by the International Sailing Regulations 2021-2024 (RRS) and the rules defined by the International HOBIE Class Sailing Association.

11.1.2 Rule 44 of the competition consists of one lap instead of two laps.

11.1.3 In accordance with Rule 70.5, the arbitration award shall be final.

11.1.4 The first notice will be sent at 10:00 on each race day, and there will be no notice after 14:00 on the last race day.

11.2 Boat Race Inspection

Boats may be inspected at any time during the race, and all participating boats are expected to comply with the competition rules for the corresponding sailing class.

11.3 Sailing instructionsSailing instructions 

Sailing instructions will be published 24 hours before the start of the race.

11.4 Scoring system

11.4.1 The result will be effective upon completion of one round.

11.4.2 If 5 rounds or less are completed, the total score will be calculated from the sum of the rounds.

11.4.3 If the race has completed 6 or more rounds, the worst score of 1 round will be excluded from the total score.

11.5 Dressing

11.5.1 Each sailor must wear a life jacket with certification mark (at least in accordance with 50N ISO12402-5) before launching.

11.5.2 Sailors must wear race vests during the race, otherwise may be disqualified by the committee.

11.5.3 According to different weather conditions, sailors are recommended to prepare : Sun-proof and quick-dry long-sleeved clothes and long pants, sunscreen hat, dry windbreaker, 2mm/3mm/4mm warm wet clothes, full finger gloves, etc.

12广告 Advertising

12.1 船体和帆上投放的广告由赛事组委会提供。参赛选手在比赛期间禁止擅自移除、涂改或覆盖。如有违反者，组委会有权取消其参赛资格。

12.2 参赛选手须着组委会提供或经组委会许可的服装参赛。

12.3 主办方有权使用或授权第三方使用报名选手的姓名（含中文姓名、外文姓名、昵称）、肖像（含虚拟形象）、表现数据、资料和声音，用于赛事的推广宣传和其他正当用途。

12.1 Advertisements placed on the hull and sail shall be provided by the event Organizing Committee. Sailors are not allowed to remove, alter or cover them during the race. If there is any violation, the Organizing Committee has the right to disqualify them from the race.

12.2 Sailors must wear the clothes provided or approved by the Organizing Committee.

12.3 The Organizer has the right to use or authorize a third party to use the names (including Chinese names, foreign names and nicknames), portraits (including avatars), performance data, materials and voices of registered contestants for the promotion and publicity of the event and other legitimate purposes.

13奖励办法 Awards

13.1 获得各组别前三名的家庭颁发奖杯。

13.2 获得各组别第四名至第六名的家庭颁发获奖证书。

13.3 所有完赛选手均可获得完赛证书及纪念奖牌。

13.1 Trophies will be awarded to the top three families in each category.

13.2 The families that won the fourth to sixth place in each category will be awarded a certificate of award.

13.3 Each finisher will be awarded a certificate of completion and a commemorative medal.

14免责声明 Disclaimer

14.1 所有由于天气、政府部门规范等不可抗力造成比赛取消，全额退款。

14.2 参加本次比赛的运动员对其所承担的风险自行负责，参见帆船竞赛规则第4条。组办机构对本次比赛赛前，赛事期间以及赛后所发生的或与之相关的任何物质损失、人身伤亡不承担任何责任。未成年选手报名参赛，即视为其监护人知晓并能够接受参赛规则及赛事相关规定。

14.3 所有参赛人员须与组委会签署免责协议。

14.1 Cancellation of the race due to the weather, government regulations and other force majeure, full refund.

14.2 All sailors are responsible for the risks they take, as set out in Rule 4 of the Sailing Regulations. The Organiser shall not be liable for any material loss, personal injury or death occurring before, during or after the race. When a minor sailor registers for the competition, his/her guardian is deemed to be aware of and able to accept the rules and regulations of the race.

14.3 All sailors must sign disclaimers with the Organizing Committee.

15安全 Security

15.1 所有人员下水前必须穿戴符合要求的助浮衣。

15.2 如有需要，建议参赛选手使用符合ISO10862标准的无钩吊裤装置或快速脱钩的吊裤和吊钩索挂钩装置。

15.3 在升桅杆之前或在航行时，切记避开电线！桅杆接触或仅靠近电线都将对船上或接触船的人造成严重的伤害或死亡！

15.1 All sailors must wear appropriate life jackets before launching.

15.2 If necessary, sailors are advised to use hookless slings or quick-release slings and hook devices in accordance with ISO10862 standards.

15.3 Before lifting the mast and during sailing, remember to avoid wires! Masts touching or just getting close to power lines will cause serious injury or death to the person on the boat or touching the boat!

The final interpretation rights of this regulation belong to the Organizing Committee of the China Family Sailing Race Yueyang Station.
